Return/Replacement Conditions

We offer free replacements in the following situations:

  1. Misprinting or Binding Issues:
    If you receive a book with printing errors or binding defects, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

  2. Incorrect Product Delivered:
    In the case that we mistakenly ship the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will send the correct item promptly, without any extra charges.

  3. Non-Delivery:
    If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate the delay and offer compensation if applicable. If necessary, we will also process a refund after a certain delivery time has passed.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. Change of Mind:
    We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if you no longer wish to keep the item. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before confirming your order.

  2. Custom Orders:
    Refunds are not available for custom orders unless there is a significant issue with the product.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days of receiving your request. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reach your account may depend on your payment method and the processing time of your financial institution.

Important Information

For any replacement claim, please make sure the product is kept in its original condition until the replacement parcel is delivered. This ensures a smooth and efficient process for your request.

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it and initiate the replacement process. The replacement product will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
